Manvir Hothi – Dhol

Manvir Hothi hails from Brampton and began playing dhol in March 2006 and has been honing his skills since then. He currently learns dhol from Amrinder Pannu, a renowned dhol player from Ashburn Virginia in an attempt to broaden his knowledge and bring forth new material. Prior to joining Avalla Connection, he played for Lethal Dholis, Xtreme Dholis, and Punjabi Dance Academy’s own Shan-E-Punjab bhangra team. Bhangra music has always been his passion and he looks forward to make an impression in the music industry. He wants to expand his music knowledge past just dhol and learn tabla from Avalla’s own Sav Hunjan.
